The Digital Street Markets project

Westminster City Council will shortly be launching its new Digital Street Markets project.

The project will focus on two areas of support for Westminster’s businesses:

1. The deployment of a free and secure WiFi network for use by eligible market traders operating at Westminster Council’s owned markets.

2. A three-year programme of free digital skills training for any eligible business in Westminster. The training will be delivered through workshops and have a focus on digital skills such as how to create websites, developing digital marketing channels and search engine optimisation.

The Digital Street Markets project is being funded by the European Regional Development and Westminster City Council.

More information on the project will be available soon. In the meantime, you can register you interest here and we will contact you when the project launches.
